Hi, I'm Hazel, owner and founder of Logan's Run Dog Walking and Pet Services.  My partner Tom, who is also experienced and fully insured, assists me during busy times.

The business has been up and running since May 2019, helped along by a lifetime of knowledge (over 35 years) of keeping and caring for all sorts of pets from, mice, rabbits, ferrets, horses, dogs, cats, snakes, koi, tropical fish, rats, hamsters, and even a pet goat called Muncher. So, as you can see this is a passion of mine, not just a job!

(Logan is pictured right, we sadly lost him Feb 2019 to cancer, so decided to name the business after him.)

 I love all animals, but my overwhelming passion is for dogs.  They amaze me with their intelligence, loyalty, ability to learn, their acceptance of our own imperfections and their overwhelming urge to be part of everything we do, not to mention the unconditional love they give us.  

I strongly believe that all animals deserve a happy and healthy life and that is why I am concerned with the whole well being of my own animals and my clients too, including mental well being, exercise needs, health issues and everything in between. I have helped many dogs with anxiety issues and training needs and find this hugely rewarding.

Alongside my Pet First Aid qualification, I am also committed to furthering my animal care knowledge, and have enrolled on a Canine Communication course, and will be participating in future courses too....  Watch this space.... 

  I have to say, I do become attached to the wonderful animals I encounter through my work, it's impossible not to, and feel honoured when their owners trust me to become a part of their pet's lives, sometimes on a daily basis.

                    I can honestly say...I love my job!!
